If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us to receive details on how to receive a refund.
The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging as it was. We will either exchange it, replace it, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
The flower crowns must be returned in their original air-bag packaging.
Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked service for any return as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility so please consider this for your peace of mind!
Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
We do not offer refunds for orders that do not does not arrive in time for your special occasion, due to the customer, not allowing sufficient postage time nor supplying correct Shipping Address information at time of ordering. We can guarantee dispatch time but unfortunately cannot control shipping carriers and unforeseen delays.
All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
